Which File?

Hey All,
I've decided to take the plunge, and install ML on my 1100d.

The autoexec.bin will not extract on my Mac using Yosemite.
I've tried a bunch of programs like unarchiver, stuffit, etc...

Any ideas?

Extract ZIP -> Copy Autoexec.bin, ML directory, 1100D105.FIR to card -> Run firmware update

I want to thank you for your suggestion. The problem must have to do with iOS Yosemite. It extracted easily on my laptop, running an older iOS.
