Questions about ML

I wanted to purchase a Sony a5100 but after seeing what ML can do, I went ahead and bought a like-new 50D from eBay.

I have a 3 main questions regarding ML performance on the 50D:

1. Are there any frame skipping?
2. Do I have to record RAW? Can I shoot in a lower bitrate using, let's say, MP4?
3. What is the max resolution and do I have control over these options?
