NO raw video option on 7d in the latest build?

I saw on Youtube that someone use 2013-Dec build to shoot raw video on 7D. However, there is no such an option on the latest nightly build. Anyone know what happened? Or can tell be where can I download the previous version of ML?(the Download page provides as early as March 2014)
