Record ML RAW into a compressed format (prores444, prores422, etc.)

Is it possible? The only downside not to use Magic Lantern, is the huge file sizes. Really not makes a good deal to record RAW (in the ages of the Sony A7s and Nikon D750), if you need to buy 20-30 1000x CF cards for a shooting day, or a mobile cf card recorder and you need to build high Terabyte infrastructure on the backend.
