ETTR, Intervalometer and changing aperture

Hello again,

A quick question.

I have noticed and later read, that aperture doesn't change when using ETTR.
I am trying to do a "sunset to astro" timelapse, and my "sun" setting is aperture 16,
so i get the dramatic skies, but when the sun sets, i need all the light i can get, so there
i am aiming for aperture 2.8. So far i have had to manually change the aperture during
the intervalometer process. But is there a way for magic lantern to also adjust the aperture
automatically ?
