Exporting .tiff to which format?

I've been exporting via Quictime pro from .tiff to h264 but I dont like the gamm shifting. Now I will try to export from Adobe After Effects but I'm wondering if there is better format and codec then h264?

I'm using Windows version. I'm reading about prores codecs but I don't have them in my AE
