Resurrect MJPEG as a module

Prior to the ground breaking RAW record module, there were successful attempts to enable MJPEG movie recording on some cameras. There were limitations, (it didn't work on all cameras, some required USB tethering, resolution was limited to 1024x768). However, given the track record of the development team, I'm hopeful that some of these limitations may one day be overcome. Releasing MJPEG as a module would at least give us a starting point to begin tinkering!
