Hey Guys,
The time indicator in my case is yellow up until the 7sec mark, then it turns red and usually it stops recording at the 20sec mark. I have two SD cards both are the same specs but different brands, this happens with one card and not the other is this a card issue or a ML issue?

Thanks

The difference between the cards probably reflects their speeds. You could benchmark them or use something like http://www.heise.de/download/h2testw.html.

Yellow and red just means the data is being written to the card more slowly than it is being created, so you can record for only a limited time before the buffer fills up. This is normal behavior. To get longer or continuous recording, use a faster card and/or reduce resolution, frame rate etc. to reduce the data flow rate.

Thanks Frank..I think Sony is being dishonest with their product...both cards are the same exact specs .. supposedly!
