From 6D 1280/720 at 23.97 import in Premiere Pro cc speed became 29,97

Hello, I have strange problem. With my 6D and ML setting .mlv 1280/720 23,97 fps was filming a chronometre on 30 sec.
Convertion to DNG with MLV Converter. Convertion to Tif 16 bits with Camera RAW, it giving me 711 frames. When I put it in Premiere Pro cc like image sequence, in PP the sequence appear like a 29,97 FPS. For shure it is too fast.
In pref I set unknow sequence to 23,97 no difference.
I set a new sequence to 23,97 Conflict somewhere it play like a 29,97 fps too fast.
Do you have a way to import it in PP like and be definite like a 24.97.
Is it a bug of ML?

Thank for your answer, I have to apologise but the english are not my best language. When I was doing search with my language capacity I don't find clear answer for me.
I was finding my solution. The output in PSD solve the problem.
Maybe a bug some where. Thank KidKodak
