Duplicate photos

Howdy, I just installed ML on my 5D3 and noticed when I down load my photos I have two of each photo, a duplicate.  Any ideas how to fix this problem.

Change your Canon settings from RAW+JPEG to just RAW

Thanks Dmilligan,  I never use two card slots, just my CF card.  Adding ML on the SD card I must have changed the settings. That did the trick!
