Best sdhc card for Canon 550d

I will like to buy a new sdhc card for my canon 550d and i was thinking in buying a sandisk-sd-extreme-pro-16gb-95mb/seg or sandisk-sd-extreme-plus-16gb-80mb/seg but i read that is not worth it that much of card speed (machine limited to 20mb/seg).
What the best card and card speed for me?

And can you tell me the recommended CBR factor for the card/camera (i use the default but would like to know the best)
