ML Menu Not Showing Up

Fairly new to ML. I recently purchased a SanDisk 32GB 95mb/s SD Card for my T3i. I formatted the card in the camera, then moved the card to my SD reader and unzipped the ML folder onto the card. I press the trash icon and the menu won't show up even though all files are on the card. It works on my other SD but not on the new one.

Once again, fairly new (:

You missed:
- Make card bootable.

Back to start. Read installation manual.
