Recording always stops at 59 seconds shooting RAW

Hey just trying to wrap my head around things here. I've spent weeks reading the forums and pretty sure I'm doing everything right but I can't figure out this problem. I have purchased 5 Komputerbay cards (3x128GB 1050x,2x128GB1000x) for testing and they all do the exact same thing so I'm pretty sure it's not the cards. When I record in raw (doesn't matter if I use raw_rec or mlv_rec) it always stops at 59 seconds. According to the info at the time I'm idling at 41% and nothing looks like it should be stopping the recording as far as running out of buffer. Not sure what the problem could be. Shooting in M, High ISO Speed Noise Reduction, Highlight Tone Priority and Auto Lighting Optimizer all disabled. Tried Global draw On & Off no change. Only tested on Jan4 & Jan19 build. Any thoughts? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
