Flickering Exposure with pans or tilts on 5D mkiii

I'm getting strange "flickering" exposure changes when doing pans or tilts using ML for 5D mkiii running 1.1.3 firmware. Doesn't happen all the time, and sometimes it only happens in the middle of the pan or tilt. I would say this happens with about 2% of my footage, so not often. It happened using Canon 16-35mm IS II f2.8 and also Sigma 150-500mm f4.5-6.3 lenses. I'm shooting in manual mode always. Anyone else have this problem? I can provide video links to the footage if need be.
