ML currently on CF cards. For 5d2. Now have 5d3 can I reformat cards.

Hi Folks,

Forgive me please if this question has already been answered. I have ML on a 5d2, however, I have just upgraded to a 5d3. I would like to use ML on my 5d3 with my existing CF cards. I wonder if this might cause complications. Should I reformat my existing CF cards that contain ML from my 5d2, then install the 5d3 ML software.

Its not necessary since you can delete the files via card reader, but its good practice, so its ok to format your CF cards so you won't mess up your installation and it would be easier when troubleshooting problems.
