Variable Aperture from shot to shot

Would it be possible to have a feature/plugin where you could have a mode where one picture is taken at maximal open aperture and the next at a set f-stop or maximal closed ( or have both values preset from settings ) and than on the next shot have it reset back to maximum open ?
