I think ML is ok with my canon, some conflicting info though.

I've read the sticky above, and I saw that my camera the Canon Rebel T3 is on the compatibility list.

However, I saw this section:

Magic Lantern v2.3 works only with the following camera firmware versions:

Canon 500D / T1i / Kiss X3: firmware 1.1.1
Canon 550D / T2i / Kiss X4: firmware 1.0.9
Canon 600D / T3i / Kiss X5: firmware 1.0.2
Canon 50D: firmware 1.0.9
Canon 60D: firmware 1.1.1
Canon 5D Mark II: firmware 2.1.2


I don't believe T3i is the same as my T3.

Is this part meant to say that for these specific camera's above you must have this firm ware, and everything else works fine, or are these the only working camera/firm ware for ML right now?


I really just want to turn on that auto re-recording function  on this T3.

That's my camera! 

But, outlook is none to good from the reading it.


Edit: Oh, my bad I think I need to re-read the thread. It does seem to work.
