DSLR Rig recommendations

Hi All - I want to buy a rig for my Canon 50D, mainly so I can use a follow-focus. I see that Kamerar producuts are well thought-of, does anyone have any recommendations or advice?

I just bought the Fotga Follow Focus and the Bridge Plate with 15mm Rods. Cant tell if its the best (lack of Experience), but its workin' well for the price

You can easily  mount other accessories like matte box, follow focus, cage etc
