Hi

Isn't possible to detect that shots had been taken in raw/cr2 mode and to update hdr sh scripts accordling :

#!/usr/bin/env bash
$files="IMG_3971.CR2 IMG_3972.CR2 IMG_3973.CR2"
$outs="IMG_3971.CR2.tif IMG_3972.CR2.tif IMG_3973.CR2.tif"
for word in $files
do
    `ufraw-batch --wb=camera --overwrite --base-curve=camera --interpolation=vng --exif --out-type=tif --out-depth=16 --silent --output=${word}.tif "${word}"`
done
enfuse -l 29 -d 16 -m 2048 -b 2048 -o "HDR_3971_3872_3973.tif" ${outs}

And also, when you delete one file of an hdr, remove the related .SH ?

MLTools is capable of raw conversion to jpg before using the ML scripts, I'll try to use your method to convert them, so far my conversions are darker than the original raw
I'm using ML2.3 for photography with:
EOS 600DML | EOS 400Dplus | EOS 5D MLbeta5- EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro  - EF-S 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM - EF 70-200mm f/4 L USM - 580EXII - OsX, PS, LR, RawTherapee, LightZone -no video experience-
