Canon 5D MK III - Battery empty on LCD after trying to press Shutterbutton

Hey folks,

I installed the 1.2.3 nightly build on my fresh canon 5dmk3. After two days using it i recognized that the camera sometimes randomly shuts down and on the top lcd the battry symbol pops up and says that the battry might be empty

This is it actually. I uninstalled MagicLantern and I also uninstalled the bootflag so I got a pretty stock 5dmk3 again but the issue seems to be there altough.

So my question could this be because I installed magiclantern, so is the camera bricked, or was the fresh new canon 5dmk3 broken before I unpacked it.

Just to make things clear... I got the Cam, updated it to 1.2.3 did 1-2 pictures for test and installed ML ... So I can't tell if that problem was accused by ml or was there before..
