Thanks for the help. I googled a bit more and found out some other people having the same issues with the 1.7.4 version of raw2cdng, they said the 1.6.5 version works well, apparently. Hopefully everything will be fine now. Cheers.

Anyone know why magiclantern-Nightly.2015Jun09.5D3123 (Nightly build 2015 Jun09 5D3123) was pulled for the 5D MKIII with 1.23 firmware? It's seems to have worked. I still have it loaded on my camera.

Does anyone know why?

This is not specifically about that build but all I could find on this site was a "Reply" button and not a "Post"! My question though is that suddenly my screen does not show any of the ML control overlays! Nothing, nada, zilcho! Not even the red recording indicator! I haven't touched a thing and suddenly it's all gone, any suggestions on how to get it back?

Hi All,

Forgive me not being exactly on topic, but I want to gather the ML users in Burbank, Ca Oct. 3, 2015 for a symposium about ML, workflows, successes and challenges.

I've had great success with it and want to spread the word of how ML makes the most of 2k. Today I named it ULTRA 2k.

(in daylight, low ISO)

(blonde in black silk, hi ISO)

Please advise where I should post this. I really just want to see Magic Lantern is a success.

That's probably due to the Hollywood Gods preventing us from a breakthrough with the colorgrades from MLV RAW that DR produces....

Kidding but I am experiencing the same exact issues on both of my Mac's which doesn't have a decent graphic card installed in order to hold up with the GPU hungry app in DR.

Though admittedly I haven't tried the newly released Beta DR 12 version yet.

However, I'm happy with how AE (ACR) gives nice debayering results regardless of its slow process in the workflow.

Try processing the MLV Raw with RAWMagic first. This will make a folder of RAW CinemaDNG files (all RAW). Bring into Resolve and voila. Works here!

Is there a reason why you rather use RAWMagic besides the other decent converters that give proper required tags unlike this one?

Even if it's not supported by ML?

Resolve 12 beta works fine for me with raw2cdng.1.6.5 CinemaDNG. That guy need a proper videocard, or quicktime installed, maybe windows 10 is the problem, or, finally, straighten hands... And why this discussion here?

I am getting latency when shooting on the 5d Mk3 using a SmallHD external monitor (HDMI connection). Is there a way to eliminate this?

I read the first post and the link is to canon's site. They don't have 1.2.3 available for download there anymore just 1.3.3. If anyone has a working link they can share it would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching as well.

Go to downloads > download nightly builds > 5D3 1.2.3 > now scroll down to bottom where it says "Installation" and under there should be a highlighted link to the actual firmware 1.2.3.

Is anyone able to provide for me the firmware 1.2.3 (5D300123.FIR) for my EOS Canon 5D mark III cuz i upgrade my camera with the last firmware 1.3.3 (5D300133.FIR) that don't allow the ML installation.
