Tried researching but Im lost. Installed magic lantern on t3i for star timelapse. However I cant make shutter speed lower than 1/25. Only options are 1/25-1/4000. I need it be be in " or sec. Why cant I set it to 10,15,30sec exposure?

Anybody else have this issue, how do I fix it?

Just set the shutter speed like normal (not from the ML menu)

I have tried this but the magic lantern shutter speed overrides it.

I've never seen that happen on my camera. Are you talking about regular photo mode or fps override in movie mode?

Photo mode on manual with intervalometer. Im new so dont know best way to do timelapse stars. Should I do moviemode? Any guides for moviemode?

No, photo mode is better, I was just checking. Being in movie mode is the only reason I could think of as to why this would happen.

Your in M mode right?

What exact version of ML are you using? What exactly happens when you set the shutter with Canon? Can you take normal pics at whatever shutter speed is selected? Does the shutter suddenly switch to 1/25 or whatever when you start the intervalometer?
