Resetting camera to default settings - Warranty Concern - Canon 5d m3

Hi there,

I've got a canon 5d mark III.
I'm wanting to install magic lantern but am concerned about the warranty being voided.

Is there a way to restore the camera to its original state/defaults so that if i was
to take it back to the shop where I got it, they would not know that ML had been installed?

Number of cameras where Canon denied warranty because ML bootflag has been set: Zero
And there have been several cams with said bootflag enabled serviced by Canon.

To void warranty there has to be a valid clue the damage the camera actually has is linked to ML.
