Scaling LiveView to fit in display (for having 100% Coverage)

I have Canon 600D (t3i?) and I was shooting a short film which had a repeating problem:
The video came out a bit wider than what's displayed on screen, therefore there were boom and lighting in frame...
If it could be possible to scale down the image to fit the display using ML it would be awesome!

-I guess it's most likely impossible... but if it is - then it's time to show ML can make 99% coverage cameras 100%! ^_^
