Help with Canon 7D magic lantern

Hello,

I'm a confused about Magic lantern for 7d.

1) Can someone please tell me whether 7d is capable of recording video or is it a burst of pictures.
2) Is magic lantern for 7d safe?
3) Can I run both canon's firmware and ML simultaneously?
4) And finally how should I install ML?

Thanks. I went through the FAQ but I see that is the Mk-II, T2i, T3i  are more or less stable. But it does not talk about the 7d.
