what is the limit to h264 fps, slow motion? can it be improved?

Hi everyone and first of all thank you very much for the amazing work you guys do!

I can only seem to find slow motion information related to RAW video shooting and I'm not interested in that. I saw its a no request feature, but it doesnt say if it's for raw or h264.
So h264 at 60-100, not possible?!  Sorry if I'm repeating a post.
