Shoot stereoscopic 3D HD RAW video with one 5D3

I built this 3D system in my sparetime, I can shoot 720p 3D video in top/down format with 1920x1290 mode. I'm looking forward to using MLV of 2880x1920 so I would shoot 1080p 3D video.

But I can't record it continuously now, max speed is about 99MB/s in my lexar 1000x, would you tell me how to speed up？Thanx

Interesting. What kind of a prism or mirror system do you have in that double lens? Care to show us a sketch or photo of the construction?
