Silent DNG Dual ISO Help

Can anyone point me to a tutorial on how to process dual ISO DNGs? I took a time lapse and used the full res silent pic method and used the DNG file format. I found ways to process dual ISO MLV/RAW files but cannot find a way to process dual ISO DNGs.

If you know how to process dual iso MLV/RAW files, you should know how to handle dual iso dng's 

Older versions of CR2HDR require you to rename the extension of the dng to CR2 (yep, with capital C and R)

I believe newer versions of CR2HDR process dng files without the need to rename the extension.

I just found out why I was not able to get that to work before. I removed the dcraw and exiftool from the folder that CR2HDR was in and it wouldn't process the files. Thank you for helping me. I re-download cr2hdr and it works just fine now. I'm embarrassed I wasn't able to figure that out on my own
