5DM3 Recording Assistant

Hi everyone,

I have already installed the most recent nightly built on my 5DM3. Everything works great except for one aspect. Every time I start to record, after a few mins, the mirror of my camera will pop back down and the recording will stop. Are there any tricks or tips to overcome this issue? I have tried to play with the (Q) button and that does help but I hope there are better solutions. Please let me know if there are any good ones.

check in canon menu and make sure your camera isn't automatically set to power off after a certain amount of time
