rawrec indicator - optionally verbose

The current text-based info displayed during rawrec recording is handy for storage troubleshooting, but things are working well enough for me now that I'm ready to for them to go away. Can we make that output optional? I suppose the error text such as when video is unexpectedly stopped should still display.

In its place I offer these bitmaps to display where Canon normally shows the tally light:
