650d vs 700d for ML and RAW Video

I can get the 700d for 475 (body ) and the 650d for 485 (body ).

Which one is better for ML and Raw video? 650d has an entry for Raw video and its limits. I currently have a 600d which is too slow at writing to the sd in 720P.

Are there major differences or is there a reason to favor the 650d?

there is no difference. they are same camera.

buy the cheaper one. either of them is capable of recording 720p raw videos.

i got 650d and i can record 1600x600 raw videos without any problems.
