General Help Q&A / Sound for my 50D...

Hello to all,

I have installed ML on my 50D, and I now have a couple of questions that I am hopeful some of you can help me with.

I wish to record sound on the lockpicking videos I intend to make. Each video will be limited to 10 minutes, and I am happy with the quality of the test run videos I have made.

Can I ask; what is the best equipment you think I should use to record sound for my videos? Which programs do you suggest I use to link the videos and sounds together?

Hello to all,

I'm using ML Nightly.2018.Jul03 in my 50D. All the files are being saved as .mov

Are these the RAW files I wish to have, or have I to change something to save as RAW files?

If so, how to do this?
