FOund the hardware at the local store dirt cheap. What can I say. This is f..g brilliant. I can start stop from all around the house, signal goes through thick walls. I can even set focusing etc. Amazing! When filming h.264 this app works as wired. Unbelievable.

WHen it comes to raw I get it going in 24fps 1920x1080 and best monitoring when starting raw from camera. WHen I use the dslr controller rec button it goes kind of bananas and starts stops 2 or more times until it goes into regular raw recording.
When in 25fps it stops after a while. WHen recording in .MLV there,s a hang-up when stopping recording.

Don,t know if this app could be tweaked to suit raw/mlv recording better but for now it,s kickass photo/videoremote.

Mlv is already recording audio with raw

Warm up your card and set picture quality to jpg not raw.
I get continuous woth 24fps 1920x1080 with sound and continuous with 25fps after warmed up card

There are thumbs already it seems only can, t be read in maverick.
I believe thomas is working on updating his cdng converter rawmagic for mac. That would solve your problem

Agree, updating previews won,t get things done faster in a workflow scenario
I, d suggest going through adobe bridge to watch thumbs.

Did it work at any point?  I tried it on an external desktop and it converted fine here. What happens if you redo ALL the steps from the new directory?

In mavericks? I can only get preview in mavericks when updating the previews in acr or converted with rawmagic. Probably a bug, not important to me. I preview within acr anyway.

Not working. Have Adobe CC and CS6 installed. ACR doesn't have a generate preview option in Finder.

Select all dng; s and open them in acr. Select all dng; s within acr and apply update dng previews. Choose medium. Apply.
Or wait and see what Alex got up his sleeve

That,s the dng converter. Isn,t that exporting to new dng;s? I,m referring to acr which is provided with photoshop, adobe bridge and so on which updates preview by baking in a small jpeg into the dng. I think

If you have adobe camera raw you can select all and apply "update dng preview" which will make them show as thumbnails in maverick

Just baked in everything in the same command script to simplify batchconverting .mlv with audio on mac osx

2 – doubleclick recursive0.3.command (type password. If permission needed go to your folder in terminal and write chmod +rxw recursive.command0.3 this will give all permissions needed)
3 - doubleclick recursive0.3.command again and type in password if needed. This should place your mlv_dump.osx  according to the script(mlv_dump will disappear)
4 – place your .mlv files in same folder as recursive.command.03 and doubleclick which should start converting the files to folders

I,m not a coder so feel free to critizise

Search for script, bridge. There, s a really good script for deflicker in adobe bridge
