You can try pre-pre alpha version of CHDK. Intervalometer script should work...

I did not find "autoexec.bin" string in original firmware but there is "diskboot.bin" string => CHDK  :)
It is interesting to view other Digic6 cameras firmware dumps. (7d2, 750d, 760d)
