One thing about the Sigma 17-50 I wanted to ask: are you doing much manual focusing with it? The range is half of the kit lenses range (30 degrees vs. 60 degrees) so it must be  pretty hard, innit?

yeah we actually mention that in the video, it can be difficult for very subtle focus changes, of course after using it for a  while we got used to it but it can be a bit tough in the beginning.

we recently did a review of the Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8, here it is in case it helps anybody in this thread. We show a lot of examples of its performance for video in low light, different focal lengths, different productions, etc. Hope it helps.

Holaaa, espero con ansias tu revisión del ML, mi lengua nativa es el español y soy consumidor de productos dslr, tengo una serie de equipos aqui y aún no lo he explotado, estaré atento a tu canal. Saludos.

Gracias, estaremos subiendo el primer video de Magic Lantern maximo el dia lunes, el cual es una revision general de las herramientas de la version 2.3.

Posteriormente haremos otros videos centrados en funciones especificas de ML como las herramientas de timelapse, HDR, etc.

Vimeo version of "Dia de San Marcelino" now up:

Here's a series of videos we did for the Colegio Champagnat, a school here in Venezuela. The videos were done for the seniors who were about to graduate and it covers a few events including their graduation day and party.

First video was shot with a T2i and the rest were show with with two T3i's, all using Magic Lantern. The last one (the party) turned out the best imo, my favorite of the bunch.
