Does it export to "an easy path" like C:\test.mov ?

Yes, it does. Strange thing though I've used this path before.

I've also found that it couldn't export regular DNGs to that path giving me an error of corrupted frames (all of them).


Anyway, smth's wrong with my path:

Probably ffmpeg is missing in your MLVApp installation folder.

ffmpeg seems to be there


The path does not contain any non Latin symbols.

I've got some strange behavior. When exporting converted clips after export is done, the destination folder is empty. Tried different export formats/settings.
I'll try to find the problem as I assume, I'm doing smth wrong. Never happened before. Win10 64.
I'll report here later

Darkframe is very important for low light footage. You can kill a lot static noise with it... and with very high speed.

Wow, thanks. Will learn more about it. Missed this in a huge amount of other great features.

Here a short cut of the title clip. I also added my grade receipt. The darkframe is included in the clip.

Great video!
When applying your receipt I get very dark image.
And I absolutely missed the part about darkframe on this forum. I'm not sure what it is and how to use it. Maybe that's why I've got such a different result.

And the stupid method: just copy of dokanfuse1.dll from 32 folder to 64 gives me this error (my hopes were not to high while doing this  ):

On a Windows version in 64 folder I get an error about dokanfuse1.dll. I see dokanfuse.dll file in a folder, but not dokanfuse1.dll

The mlv file is opening fine in MLV App, but as soon as I transcode in .dng, the files become unreadable.

I think it's better to upload small MLV file and ask in MLV App thread for a help with transcoding. You won't get any help without a corrupted file uploaded.

This mode is very demanding to your CF card recording speed. If your card is good, try to disable all unnecessary modules and onscreen data (like zebra, RGB parade and others)

Some GoPro camera clones, record up to 120FPS at 720p and its awesome.
I wish I had this option on ML

We don't know anything about this building. Maybe those rooms have different power source (solar batteries or whatever), maybe different lamps types (flicker free LED lamps for example).

Can anyone advise why I get this issue when filming. I am thinking its a shutter a shutter speed issue. In the one shot it is only part of the home which flickers.

Filming at 1080p30
shutter at 1/60

Try 25 fps   1/50.
You have voltage Hz problem. It's not a RAW problem. A basic rule

What about noise amount? I've just made a few quick shots comparing to anamorphic mode and the noise in shadows looks more noticeable than in anamorphic. Though didn't have enough time to check it properly yet..

What I would use magic lantern for is writing lens metadata for manual focus lenses and the recording timer automated.

It would also be nice to know the real temperature if you disable a "safety timer".
