Raw Video / Best way to set frame rate?

Alright, so I'm new to this RAW ML on my 5D Mark 2. I did some test shots earlier, and oh my--the quality is stunning! I did, however, notice some weird skipping around and glitching in my finalized video. I think it might be frame skipping? But at the same time I feel like it couldn't be, since I have Frame Skipping set to OFF, and I have a fast Lexar 1000x card. Can anyone suggest the best way to set up true 23.976 fps? Is it something to do with FPS Override in the ML menu? Thanks guys.

Hey guys, so I decided to jump on the 5D RAW train. I've got a 5D Mark II. I bought a Lexar 1000x 32GB CF, and decided to do a few benchmark tests, to see if it showed speeds at around the "guaranteed" transfer speeds at 150mb/s. After multiple tests, I am averaging between 55-65 write speeds, and between 70-80 read speed. Is it just me, or is this really low for this card? I was expecting something at least over 100mb/s. I've turned live view off, turned off the raw photo, and the global draw is off. Is their something that I am missing? Or does it sound like a defective card? I can record in the highest resolution for about a minute, until it automatically stops. If anyone could help me out, that would be great. I'm new to this stuff so any tips would be awesome.
