I use the DoublePress Shutter button option. It works better for me, I can choose the area of the frame I want to expose for (i.e. face/body of actor), and then recompose for the actual shot without the exposure being afected afterwards. This works very good for me when I want to ignore some highlights of the shot, so they're not considered when calculating the exposure.
Thanks for the post Renato, it's been very helpful, I didn't know the Finetuning option for getting exact 1/48!
