General Help Q&A / Re: 1.1.3 or 1.2.3 ?

except that you can uninstall ML with 1.2.3.

You can reset cam's bootflag after testing 1.1.3.
To do this with 1.1.3 requires firmware update to 1.2.3 and running installation again. Then downgrade to firmware 1.1.3.

Your request is very unspecific.
There should be no problem to record H.264 for about 30 minutes with your cam.
But I suppose you wanted to ask about RAW/MLV recording. First make sure to have the proper power saving setting. If you have already done this but having troubles with missing frames you have to reduce bit rate until those errors vanish.

For proper help ask proper questions ...

Feel free to contact Canon and ask for their prefered money transaction method.

Connect a1ex and ask for assistance.
He unbricked a cam which was locked by an app sending garbage data to the cam.
[soft tissue wording mode]Canon's SDK is not the world most robust piece of software. [/soft tissue wording mode] And reverse engineered software like ML has it's culprits. Common ground here and devs agree. As stated in F.A.Q. and elsewhere.

ML general economic rule: If something can easily be done in postprocessing it would be a waste of sparse dev time to go there.
You can try overriding this rule by setting up a *strong* use case why this specific feature cannot done later in postprocessing. Try your best and be prepared to fight your case. "It would be great" doesn't count as strong use case.
Same thing with rants.

Global draw off. And try RAW, too.
Card benchmark looks okay or not?

Format card using a cardreader. Insert card into cam and format again. Copy Canon firmware version 1.2.3 to card (cardreader again). Insert card into cam and run Canon's firmware upgrade procedure.

Downgrade to firmware 2.0.3 and follow instructions on page one of this thread.
You will find links to older firmware here and other infos, too.
#362
No, but that one should be easy with barcode scanner
Or do you want to use OCR?
#363
You are sure we're talking about the same thing?
"Wake up time" means the time the cam is ready for shooting (when pressing a button) after "Auto Power Off" timeout has been activated and cam gone to sleep.

Sure: Look into https://bitbucket.org/hudson/magic-lantern/commits/all
About 5 days without commit.
Draw your conclusions. ;-)

I don't speak "code" ...
Just drop a line/link if there is anything to test on 650D.
