Impressive picture    !!! I've understood the interrest of dual ISO 
I've tried to find cr2hdr.exe, but I failed.
I guess it's a programm that automatically blend the two pictures taken in the two different ISO.
I'm right ?
Where can I find it ? And can it be replaced by another program that runs on a Mac ?

Wend i finish to flash the firmware.fir in to the camera my camera, everything shout down, nothing work. I paste the EOScard files (ML software) to the card, that i have take from camera and connect the camera again and nothing !!! Believe me, i went totally crazy (cold and white face). Then i disconect and take battery, connect again... and voilá, ITS WORK !!! No more firmware boot !!!

have you had the same problem as Arrinkiiii when you upgraded your 7d with the "autobootable firmware" ?
I'm a little bit scared to explode my 7d

Thank you for the 7d ML developpers. 
I have almost understood how I might create an autobootable ML for my 7d.......
BUT i'm running a Mac  .......... which is completely and totally indifferent  , apathic  , unconcerned  , uninterested  , blind  and insensible  to any .exe program.
Any chance to get a ready to download on the CF ML file in the near future ?

Hi,
with the autoexec.bin, what files and directories must be installed on the camera card ?
I guess the ML directory included in the Alpha2 release, and ?

And I've just understood that the bootflag must be I don't know what ....
My poor brain has just exploded.
So I will wait someone to post the "ready to use" compiled ML-Alpha2 taht you just copy on the flash card and it works without any problem. you know, I've only got the "drag and drop" skill

I'd like to get to be able to compile by myself Alpha2.
But I'm so confused with what to do and how to do    that I gave up 
Furthermore, I'm running a Mac with Snow Leopard, whiwh doesn't seem to best the best equipment to compile.
Would you please be kind enough to send me your compiled version of Ml Alpha2 ? Or tell me clearly what to do to compile by myself (the discussions about compiling are too complex for me)

Good evening everybody.
Would it be possible to add to the 7d version of ML the possibility to light up the internal flash one or several times ? It doesn't seem to me that this feature is already available, but I discover ML so please forgive me if I missed something 
This feature would allow us to light up the foreground of a picture like the one below.
It would be great to add the option in the bulb mode : flash "Yes/No" ; if "Yes" number of flashes. I'm not sure that it would be usefull to have a variable interval between the flashes, just one long enough to allow the flash to reload.

Maybe I did not explain myself correctly.
I would like the internal flash of my 7d to send one or several flash lights while the 7d is in the bulb mode.
I have no other flash than the internal one of the 7d.

On this picture, I would have liked to light up the pine trees in the foreground.

Is it possible to get one or many flashes while in the bulb mode ?
An example : I would like to light up the foreground of a night scene with the internal flash of my 7d.

I was looking for a timelapse for my 7d and Google showed me the good way : Magic Lantern !!!!
Thank you for the great job done (I still can't understand why all the features of ML are not included in the Canon firmwares ?).
I've downloaded The Alpha2 version of ML, but I don't know how to install it on my memory card. I have no card reader on my Mac, so do I have to use Eos Utility ?
Must I load only the .FIR file and the ML directory that comes withe the Alpha2 release, or only the .FIR file ?
The firmware version of my 7d is : 2.0.3.
Are there french menus included in the software ?
