Thanks Folks,

I definitely shoot in raw. 

TO Shoot in Raw: 650D/T4i
1- Canon Menu: Set 1080p HD video recording at 24p,
2- ML: Set overwrite Fps [23.95]
3- ML: enable Raw and set [1280 x 720] - San Disk 16GB SDHC 1 class 10 45MB/s
4- ML: Zebras and focus peak [off]

Workflow:
Raw->PinkDotRemover->BATCH->dn­g->Lightroom5->tiff->After Effects CC->>DNxHD[8bit-23.95]
