Thanks! This is actually a really nice condensed tips list! ;-)

Much appreciated really! Please share if you come up with other tips!

BTW BMD cards can handle more than REC709...you can set it from the Resolve panel...

Thanks Ilia!!!!

Great tool!

I suggest adding anamorphic options too!

Like resulting resolution and equivalent FL / FOV after de-squeeze 1.33 1.5 and 2x ! ! !

Martin, this is great!

Is it possible to implement a way to copy and paste developing settings from one file to another of the list?

It would help with multiple takes or clips taken in the same lighting conditions...

hey matt!

I agree with you 1920x800 is the way to go!

Ah side note...how is the scaling in camera from 1920x1080 to 1920x648?

I mean when you desqueeze it vertically in post how is as far as aliasing/moire/artifacts is concerned??

Thanks!

Guys I think it's better not to delete any files to avoid fragmenting the card...

Right now I'm interested in feedback from people with programming skills. After that, you'll be able to try it.

Thanks A1ex!
I think that a proper external support is a huge deal! ;)
I want to help too but I haven't any programming skills...let me know if you ever need someone to help you figuring bugs and using it on the field to improve it.

His approach was a temp workaround I think...a1ex, do you know if in 1.2.3 the solution to have the HDMI clean output + menus on Camera LCD is near or if it's not possible to implement it in a clean way? ;)

Many thanks!
#10
thanks danne,
but that custom build has overlay on both, the LCD and HDMI,
but what I think would be great is overlay on the internal LCD and CLEAN 1080P out of HDMI...
#11
exactly, same here...with 1.2.3

I get either menus on both or clean on both without menus...deactivating ML overlay
#12
unfilmde, you get menus on the 5D mk3 LCD and TRUE CLEAN 1080P output???????
#13
you need to enable mirroring but it's broken in magic lantern right now

It would be nice, when the 2 pages:

http://builds.magiclantern.fm/#/
http://builds.magiclantern.fm/#/features

could be set as rss-feeds for special cameras.

F.i. I would like to be informed, when a new nightly build for my Canon 5D MK 3 is ready for download.

BRILLIANT !!!!

+1 !!!

a1ex,
thanks for the great work!
I tried 1.2.3 with great success!
just wanted to tell you the anamorphic stretch doesn't work in the HDMI output (not in mirrored, in normal "single screen")
If you need some test I can try to help! ;)

jpb, which iso you used on the scenes on the bridge? thanks!!

by the way, it's incredible how bad is the youtube compression quality vs vimeo...1080p youtube is almost worse than 720p vimeo!
#20
great marekk!!!
please can you upload a 1080p version or in the video file settings in vimeo activate 1080p?
I think the video deserve it!!!

Please let us know when you do!! ;)

Guys,
have someone solved the issue where if using the HDMI mirroring the ML menu isn't shown?
Thanks!
#22
Andy,
I bought the package... ;)
when you issue an updated package to new buyers you will email all the old buyers for the updates, right?
That would be totally awesome!
Thanks!
