I've noticed that there are a lot of modes that use colour coding and it seems that green is good and red is bad, but when testing focus peaking set to local and comparing focus with the magic zoom, I've noticed that more often than not the sharpest focus was achieved when the "local" focus peaking read red and not green. When I focus to green or blue then check it on magic zoom the focus is off, but when red the magic zoom confirms a spot on focus.

So I guess my question is about colour coding for local focus peaking and what will the difference be if I use global?

Any help in correcting this confusion would be much appreciated. Thanks

Very impressed with ML, but got a question; Using 5D mk2 and Windows I've successfully installed ML onto one card and my camera, but having done that, it just occurred to me that I didn't do an in camera format of my other three CF cards. Is this a problem?

Obviously I can't just put them into the camera with out ML on them and do formats. I'm also thinking I may not be able to just put ML onto the other cards.

So I'd welcome some much appreciated advise.
