It would be nice if there was a feature to allow changing the aperture during exposure. This should allow for creating an effect similar to using an apodization element, resulting in smoother background blur. If you could choose a curve of the change between the starting and ending apertures, that would be great.

Under Shoot > Silent Picture, I only have Simple as an option. I can't see the HD or slit scan modes.

I also read about a 'super-jello' mode under FPS override. FPS Override has a lot of different options, and I'm not sure what I need to set for a slit-scan effect. At the moment I have:

• Desired FPS: 2.50 (from 0)
• Optimize for: High Jello
• Shutter range: 1/30..1/4000
• FPS timer A: 0 (-1)
• FPS timer B: 0 (-1)
• Main Clock: 24.00 MHz
• Actual FPS: 0.00
• Sound Record: Auto-Disable

I'm using a Canon 5D mkII with ML v2.3.5D2.212.
