I'm a complete newbie to Magic Lantern, but I already love it! I searched the forum and couldn't find the answer...hopefully someone here can help.
I installed ML on my Canon T1i, so I can essentially use it as a "webcam"; I have the HDMI output going into a capture card into my PC. ML allowed me to turn off the focus box, making for a clean output. The only problem I have now is the "preview" output is always 1080i. Is there any way to set that to 720p? I hate the look of interlaced video and would rather have a lower resolution, progressive scan.
Of course, a much more perfect solution would be 1080 progressive via the HDMI "preview", but I doubt that's possible.
