I'm having the same issue, but the link above doesn't provide an answer, any more.

During interview when leaving the camera out of sight, the beep is epically useful to get notified when the card needs to be swapped out.

Yes wth an AF-lens it does show all that info, both in the ML FOCUS module and also on the bottom of the screen when in live view.

With a non AF-lens it shows nothing in bottom view in LiveView and lens manual (without chip) in FOCUS module.

Same problem on my 5d2. _with_ increments in Canon menu set to 1/3.
Reset ML & Canon settings, formating card  etc. does not work.

I only see the following 1/38 1/45 1/60 for PAL 1920@24

I do see the 1/47 (in green) on older versions on other cards in the same camera.
