Again talking to myself. Did yet another search and spotted the answer somewhere where I wasn't expecting it!!!

I discovered that there some of the capabilities have been put into modules and I need to enable the ones I want. aETTR being one of them. Now to play with it.

So I've just updated to the latest nightly build and still can't find aETTR on the Expo menu.

Any suggestions as to what I'm missing please?

Are you using the nightly build ?

No. I'm on the last full build which I believe is 2.3.

I take it that I need to update then?

Maybe a stupid question (I usually ask them)

But I note that one of the ML tweaks is "Auto ETTR (Expose To The Right)" - well at least according to the homepage of ML it is. But I can't find it anywhere? Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I guess I'm just being ultra stupid right now or not making myself understood.

But what good is a text editor with a file that's designed for creating an HDR image - or am I missing a part of the story here? Let me re-ask my original question and see if that clarifies what I'm trying to understand....

How do I use the .SH files in creating an HDR image? If there's a piece of document I should read I'm happy to do so just I don't know where to look.

But for my simple mind I'm still confused - that link tells me how to automate the opening of such a file and not what I can edit / view them with?

Thank you. I run various OSes one of which is OSX.

So how do I access them or rather, what do I need to edit / view them?

I've been meaning to ask because I can't find an answer in the docs (though it probably is there and I'm just not seeing it) - but what are these HDR_xxx.SH files that my Lightroom won't import.

And can I do anything with them?

Not yet no - but then I did say that at the end that I hadn't had a chance since.

I have an EOS 60D and have used ML on and off for 4 to 6 months now.

Up until last week all was going well and some nice images were coming out of my use of the photo functions but then I moved ML from slow 8Gb Class 4 card to a 16Gb Class 10 card and since then I get red, green and blue noise on any long exposure shots.

As I say I don't think it's an ML issue but asking here in case anyone has had the same issue or if indeed it is an issue with ML causing this. Haven't had chance to re-try an LE since with my 8Gb card so can't categorically say. But needless to say the only change made has been teh switch of ML from one card to another.
