Hi this is Javier,
I bought a Canon 100d recently because I was stolen my Canon 7D. I searched for a similar camera, in video aspects specially and founded the Canon 100D a great match.
I wanted the Magic Latern option because I used it too much and I had no doubt in buying it when I saw it had it.
However, when i opened my new camera the Magic Latern didn't work out because it is a new model.
Now I am very limited, because of this and I wondered if you have planed to build the it soon for the new version.

I have too more doubts:

1. I don't like the white balance in this camera because it is very limited and I wonder if  the magic latern improves it. Would it be possible to use Kelvin more specifics?

2. ISO. Does magic latern in this version offer intermediate values of ISO?

Yeah i shoot 3 hours of raw!! i want to make 3 or 4 videos more

i use raw magic to convert the footage in dng, and grade it in davinci resolve, i spend 3 months to grade it  :-s (all the footage) this video represents 1/4 of the footage i grade

i edited it with premiere cc using the amacing warp stabilicer

Hi!

I have the latest tragic latern version (from yesterday) and it works very good,

now i can record hd raw in continous with the 7d, and i can put all the global draw settings on when i shoot in 1790 and get continous recording (23,97 fps)

one thing that make me sad for the begining of the 7d raw , why crop mode? any explanation that i could understand in the forum please? (i cant find it)

the diference from 1790 to 1920 is small but with crop mode this diference make 1920 useless for me

Hi everyone!! new version tested

I have a komputerbay 1000x and the results are diferent of the others what configuration do you use to shoot?

i see a problem with fps overwide, if it is off and i have configurate 24fps in canon normal menu, the shoot was shooted in 29,9 fps, is this normal? i have to put fps override always on?

results of the tests:

i have a continous 1728x972 and 1856x1044 raw recording :-)

the problem is the other sices:

1920x1080 30 seconds!

2048x1152 15-21 seconds . is not the same than 30seconds but i can shoot 15, any changes in my settings could improve that?


-The real problem of all of this is: the video clips looks scaled than in the camera and this dificults too much using this sices in real audiovisual production.. dont you think?

Any way to get  1856x1044 without this problem???
