Perhaps there is no "sd" to "cf" converter, but I have seen converters from "sd" to "sata" and "ssd drives" could be great to expand recording time for raw dng files three o four times.

General Chat / Another experience in mod
March 11, 2013, 07:43:33 AM
Hello,

This guys make a mod for the gopro

http://www.radiantimages.com/index.php/cameras/hd-beyond/gopro/712-novo

It is only for rent, but sounds pretty interesting that incorporated an internal CPU interfaced to the camera that permits to the users disable the auto exposure feature and then adjust the aperture manually via the lens.

What kind of CPU can be interfaced?

There exist a converter from SSD card to Sata port?
In this case can I use a SSD drive to the Sata port and storage realtime video at the most hight rates?
The magiclanter can run from a ssd drive?
