  OK, you obviously use RAW2CDNG.
I can't since I'm on Mac but I downloaded Resolve Lite and with MLVFS I can import the clips to Resolve and I get perfect sync.
So it's MlRawViewer and I have now reported the issue on bitbucket.

OK, then it must be MlRawViewer. What program do you use to get the MLV into Premiere CC and Resolve?

Just to make sure, you get the sound of the iPad Slate at around 8 seconds in, when it claps visually?
For me, that sound is at around 20 seconds in, in this clip. The length of the sound file is not the problem, it is like the sound has been "rotated" so the start of the sound is placed further in, while the actual end of the sound has been placed at the beginning.
Do I make sense?
This happened with a few other takes as well.

I got perfect sync in Premiere CS6 with the other clips and I run 25fps at all times (I'm in Europe). I guess the problem is then in MlRawViewer, which I use to export to MOV. It must be misinterpreting something in this particular MLV.

OK, it happened again. I was making a short video just for giggles for my daughter when it manifested. Almost every other shot syncs but the one I attach a link to doesn't, as you can see from the iPad Slate I am using.
Light sucks, I know, but this is for fun in her room with what light was available. The link is active for 2 weeks.

I don't get it. Today, I first reset to the defaults in ML, made the recommended settings according to the 5d Mk II thread and all test clips i recorded did indeed sync with the audio when I imported with MlRawViewer. So, I guess there's no problem. I'll post back if I run into this again with links to files.

Hi,

new to the Forum and ML. I have experimented a bit and read the user guide but I also have problems with the MLV audio not being in sync with the picture, no matter if I use MLRawviewer (1.4.3) or MLVFS mounting and import as DNG and WAV. If I record as regular H.264, it syncs.
I am using a 5D Mk II with the (currently) latest build.
Are there some settings in the ML menu affecting the sync?
